We provide a full 12 month guarantee on all our work, which, in certain circumstances, can be upgraded to 2 years on some types of installation. All our terms and conditions, including our full written guarantee, are printed on the back of our invoices.

All materials and products are covered by full manufacturers’ warranty and our labour is backed by our own guarantee of workmanship that is second to none. We also undertake to take up customer complaints or queries with manufacturers whenever possible.

 

Vaillant boiler installations come with a standard 2 year guarantee; we will extend that to 5 years free of charge. You can be upgraded onto our maintenance contract once the guarantee has expired from as little as £3.84 per week,

 

Any defects arising from faulty installation or repair work, that may require rectification, and that occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customer’s earliest possible convenience.

 

Problems which arise outside the company’s standard guarantee period may also be rectified free of charge, or at a partial charge, at the company’s discretion.
